Brown & Brown builds presence in Georgia
Brown & Brown Inc. plans to purchase the assets of the AGA Insurance, a place full of Georgia retailing online insurance agency business.
The acquisition, Brown & Brown’s service in midsize companies on the market north of Atlanta, Georgia market, according to a press release. The purchase price was agreed to remain silent.
